Semana Santa

We had a great time experiencing the hometown processions! The floats were stunning and the energy exerted coordinating and carrying them left us awestruck. Next year we plan to attend consecutive days in nearby cities, but this evening out definitely gave our Easter celebrations a memorable character.

And from the Passion to the celebration!

Poor Cate held a cold at bay until her after birthday so she missed decorating. She went to bed voluntarily, a clear indication she was legitimately sick.

Thankfully she rallied to make the egg hunt.

Lucy: “Yes, I’ll take some of that, I’m definitely not feeling like myself since you barged in here rummaging for eggs.”
